The Canadian Mental Health Association is observing Mental Health Week in Saskatchewan. Announcing a new program at Horizon Seminary! In Fall 2021, we will launch a Master of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counselling (MACPC). This degree will equip ministry leaders to serve as counsellors in a variety of ministry-based settings: local church, chaplaincy, or non-profit organizations. The distinct nature of the program lies in its integration of spiritual formation, biblical and theological study, and counselling courses. This combination of training, as well as the required practicum for the degree, provides a well-rounded preparation for counselling ministry.
