The Assistant Pastor (AP) is a member of the Pastoral and leadership team and sees their primary role to be assisting the staff and congregation towards the overall vision of the church as set by the Lead Pastor. In doing so, the Assistant Pastor will be in charge of seeing the development, implementation, and operation of Youth Ministry, as well as general other responsibilites.
