An open letter to our constituency   The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everybody. It's changed our everyday behaviours, disrupted our regular social patterns, and affected our spiritual and mental health. On the chilly evening of December 18, 2019, Horizon alumni, friends, staff, and students gathered to celebrate breaking ground for our new facility, set for completion by December 2020.
