The Youth Pastor provides spiritual leadership for students in Grades 7–12 and oversees the Leader-in Training (LIT) program for young adults (ages 18–20). This person cultivates personal and group spiritual growth, disciples and equips young leaders, organizes community and in-house engagement, and helps students actively live out their faith
