Worship Pastor – Altona EMMC in Southern Manitoba

authentic, Spirit-filled worship and reach the next generation? Altona EMMC is looking for a
Worship Pastor to join this new position as they follow the Lord’s leading in elevating their
praise and worship to Him as a church family!

What You’ll Do:
• Lead engaging worship experiences that reflect the heart of God and the culture of our
church and community
• Help cultivate a culture of worship that extends outside of Sunday mornings.
• Collaborate with the pastors and worship team to plan and prepare weekly services
• Recruit, mentor, and build a thriving worship and production team, and empower
others to lead
• Create a worship environment that bridges generations and connects hearts to Christ.

What They Are Looking For:
• A passionate follower of Jesus with a servant’s heart
• Strong vocal and instrumental ability (guitar or keys preferred)
• Leadership experience in a worship or music ministry setting preferred
• Skilled in team development, organization, and communication (or eager to learn)
• Comfortable with modern worship technology and software
• Creative, adaptable, and Spirit-sensitive
Bonus Skills (not required, but helpful):
• Songwriting, arranging, or music production
• Audio/Visual/Lighting tech knowledge
• Experience in worship ministry across multiple cultures and generations

Position Type: This is a full-time position in Worship ministry that may include other
duties as assigned in accordance to talent and skills, however, part time will be
considered if preferred
