Newly Added Master's Course

Programs include regular classroom courses, one-week module courses on campus at Horizon and Providence, as well as courses offered through distance education. Degrees are granted by Providence and are accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS). Students at other seminaries may also apply to take Horizon’s approved courses for credit towards their master’s degrees (by means of Letter of Permission).

Horizon partners with Providence Theological Seminary to offer the ATS-accredited degrees:

  • M.Div. (Pentecostal Studies)
  • M.A. (Christian Studies)
  • M.A. (Theological Studies)

Take your courses at Horizon, online, and at Providence. Go to Course Syllabi for a list of Horizon courses.

Additionally, Horizon offers a 1-year (6-course) Graduate Certificate in Leadership, available online and in modules.

Horizon also has a longstanding arrangement to complete an M.Div. in partnership with the Lutheran Theological Seminary and  Saskatoon Theological Union  seminaries on the University of Saskatchewan campus.

Please contact the seminary dean for more information.
