SALTS ministry is looking for a Watch Officer who will be responsible for the supervision and welfare of his/her own watch and will contribute to the general program aboard ship. They will have a significant role in developing the spiritual, relational, and physical potential of young people through sail training, shipboard life and associated activities in a Christian environment.
