The position is specifically a Child and Youth Worker, with the opportunity to gain hands-on career experience in youth work, program management, and community outreach. Working under the supervision of the Youth and Children’s Pastor, the successful candidate will develop skills in leadership, curriculum development, event planning, volunteer coordination, and direct youth mentorship.
