Next Gen Pastor – Life Centre Church – Weyburn SK

The Next Gen Pastor is responsible for overseeing and leading the children’s ministry and youth ministry at Life Centre Church. This role involves
developing, planning, and implementing programs and activities that foster the spiritual growth of children and teenagers from infancy through grade twelve. The Next Gen Pastor will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the church’s mission and values.

Requirements:
• A desire to teach and mentor children and youth in Biblical Truth.
• A growing Christian faith and character.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and relational skills.
• Be eligible or hold ministerial credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
• A lifestyle congruent with the Biblical requirements for leaders (1 Timothy 3:1-13, 2 Timothy 2, Titus 1:5-9, Galatians 5:22-23)
