At Summerland Baptist Church, the Youth Pastor works alongside the Associate Youth Pastor and is responsible for leading the Youth and Young Adult ministry program, guiding students on their spiritual journeys and partnering with the larger staff to equip the broader church to follow Jesus together. This role involves overseeing all Youth and Young Adult related activities, developing and mentoring leaders, and building a ministry that fosters a culture of connection, belonging, and transformation.
