Christian Bible Fellowship (CBF) is located on the edge of Swan River, which is located in west central Manitoba. Swan River is a community with a population of about 4,000, with smaller towns, communities, and reserves within the valley totaling around 8,000 people.
CBF is looking for a new senior pastor who is a devoted follower of Christ and is filled with the Spirit, serves with humility, prioritizes prayer, has good communication skills, and is approachable, relational, and interactive. The senior pastor will be someone who encourages and leads by example in all areas of ministry, focuses on outreach and discipleship, preaches and teaches biblical truths that develop spiritual formation and growth, is a team player, is willing to delegate, etc.
