Student Ministries Pastor – Glad Tidings Church – Sudbury, ON

The Student Ministries Pastor is responsible for leading a vibrant, and healthy, ministry for students in grades 6–12. The ministry nurtures spiritual growth, personal development, and meaningful connection. This role combines pastoral care, leadership development, and creative programming while intentionally building bridges between the church and the wider community. The Student Ministries Pastor works collaboratively with the Lead Pastor, staff, volunteers, parents, and community partners to create safe, engaging environments where students feel known, valued, and invited into the life of the church.
