Canada needs more Christian leaders

Every year, more than 625 pastors are needed to fill lead pastor roles in Canada – and that doesn’t even include assistant pastors, ministry leaders, or missionaries.

But many of those positions are going unfilled.

As Canadians turn to Jesus in growing numbers, the gap between open ministry roles and trained leaders continues to widen. The need for humble, competent, biblically grounded leaders has never been greater.

We’re re-imagining Christian higher education for this generation…

Five years ago, we saw that traditional Christian leadership education wasn’t keeping up with the need, so we built a new model built to respond to today’s challenges. We have:

  • Partnered with other colleges and ministry organizations

  • Launched Church Hubs, offering training with the local church, for the local church

  • Went high-tech while staying high-touch by offering flexible, relational learning

  • Pioneered Competency-Based Education, becoming Canada’s first Christian college and seminary to blend theological study with applied skills for real-world ministry

…and, it’s working!

  • We already have 63 registered Church Hubs in 7 Canadian provinces, and over 100 Hubs in development.

  • Enrollment has multiplied, with over 96 active seminary students this semester (and growing).

  • 100% of online students are satisfied or very satisfied with their experience.

  • There is tangible, Holy-Spirit driven momentum on campus.

We are deeply committed to keeping tuition affordable, even as living costs rise. Our Bible college classes are now competitively priced with publicly funded colleges, allowing students from every background to answer God’s call to ministry.
