Parent FAQs

How will my child be cared for?

The event will be supervised by our Staff, Faculty, and R.A.s.  There will always be an adult available to answer questions and assist your child with what they need.

Do they need to bring any money?

The college will be covering the cost of food and activities, so there will not be any immediate costs.  However, your child is welcome to bring spending money for the excursions outside of the college.

Who do I contact in the event of an emergency?

Please contact our office: 306.374.6655, or events@horizon.edu

If after office hours, please contact Carmen Kampman, Executive Director of Advancement, (a number will be provided for the event).
