Are you stuck at home…

and tired of Netflix, self-isolated or family-isolated, and bored? We’ve ALL been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. It’s a major disruption that removes us from our weekly gatherings of worship, study, and work.

We may not be able to end this unfortunate season we’re all in, but we can offer you an alternative to binge-watching another season on Netflix.

Spring-Summer College Courses

In response to our current, shared predicament, Horizon is offering all of our spring-summer courses to audit for free between April 30-July 31. Additionally, we’ve waived our fees and slashed our college tuition to $499 per course taken for credit – a reduction of over 35%.

*Monthly payment plan applies.

We have online courses for you if you are:

A grade 11 or 12 student with English 20 or Grade 11 English. You can take selected first-year college courses for credit.

A returning Horizon student. You can reduce your course load, freeing you to work when you return in the fall. (This is especially important if you can’t find summer employment!)

A student from another institution looking to get ahead in your program there. You’ll need to check with your institution that our courses will fit your program.

Looking to earn PAOC ministry credentials. We have several required courses available.

More reasons to study now

If it wasn’t already evident, this crisis has revealed acutely that the world needs competent leaders. Preparing competent Christian leaders is what Horizon is all about. If we help you lead better, we’re succeeding in our mission. We are inviting churches, small groups, and other interested parties to use our video courses to supplement your own teaching at no charge.

All courses fit a Horizon degree, and several are transfer-approved to the University of Saskatchewan. (You’ll still need to check that they fit your specific U of S program, however.)

Individuals taking three Horizon college courses for credit are eligible to earn an Introductory Certificate.

Introductory Certificate Options

Along with these College spring-summer courses, we are also offering Master’s-level seminary classes at the low tuition of $900 per course.
