Stephen joins the Horizon faculty through the partnership between Horizon and MCS. Stephen has served at MCS since 2016.

Stephen has pastored in a variety of churches in Ontario for over two decades, most recently serving as the lead pastor of Wellington Street Pentecostal Church in Bracebridge. He is the author of Pentecostal Prophets and enjoys time with his family. His house is filled with books, musical instruments, camping gear, and laughter.
