Misha joins the Horizon faculty through the partnership between Horizon and MCS. Misha has served at MCS since 2024.

Courses taught: History of the Christian Era, Soteriology, Doctrine of God, Luke-Acts

Mykhaylo, his wife Nataliia, two daughters, and son moved to Canada in 2022 after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In Canada, Mykhaylo served as a pastor and Teaching and Online Engagement Coordinator at Trinity Pentecostal Church in Montreal, QC, and as an adjunct professor at Institut Biblique du Québec in partnership with Université Laval.

Since 2011, he has served at Lviv Theological Seminary and Evangelical Theological University, holding academic administration roles and teaching at various Christian schools in Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia. In 2019, he co-founded Transfiguration Church Community Church. He contributed to the Slavic Bible Commentary and The History of Pentecostalism in Ukraine.

He is passionate about ministry, church history, theology, patristics, and Pentecostal studies. Among his hobbies are sci-fi and travelling.
