At Horizon since 2022

Karina serves as Horizon’s off-site Library Director. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta where she primarily serves and teaches at Vanguard College Library. Her calling began in Worship Ministry but she found her second love in academia and information literacy. She married her Bible college sweetheart, Trevor and has two beautiful children, Jordan and Melody. Most evenings are spent with her tea party business or serving the Lord through volunteer opportunities as a board member in her community, on parent council at her children’s school, or in children’s worship ministry at The Crosspoint Church. Any spare moments are filled with long walks, movies, or books. Favourites include Doctor Who, Marvel, Disney/Pixar, and Christian suspense or historical fiction.
