Geoffrey Butler is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland & Labrador and currently pastors at Calvary Pentecostal Church in St.Lunaire-Griquet, Newfoundland alongside his wife, Charity. He received his PhD from the University of Toronto and has served as an adjunct professor at Master’s College & Seminary and Regent University. His research interests include Biblical Exegesis, Pentecostal Studies, and the Protestant Reformation, and his dissertation engaging John Calvin’s theology of the Lord’s Supper from a Pentecostal perspective is forthcoming with McMaster Divinity Press.
