Matthew Rowley

Matthew has spent more than 12 years in ministry and ministry training, as a teacher, preacher, administrator, and admissions counsellor. Matthew has taught hermeneutics and theology at Living Faith Bible College, as well as church history at the Baptist Theological School in Novi Sad, Serbia. Matthew is currently finishing his PhD in historical theology at McMaster Divinity College. In addition to his academic work, Matthew frequently preaches at churches throughout the Calgary area, and feels that the preaching of the Word of God is the central task of every minister.

He and his wife Joanna have six children, and in their off time they enjoy getting out with the family and enjoying the beautiful world of nature around their home in Cochrane, Alberta. Matthew also enjoys reading history, woodworking, and drinking copious amounts of tea.
