Dale has spent more than 28 years in ministry and leadership in the roles of teacher, pastor, administrator, mentor, and coach. Dale taught at Briercrest College and Seminary from 1997-2009 in the areas of worship, leadership, and church ministry. He also taught Coaching and Mentoring in the M.A. Leadership program at the International College of Cultural Studies in Hyderabad, India. Dale is currently an executive pastor and his passion is that church leaders are blessed to follow God’s leading in their personal and corporate ministry lives. He looks forward to an expanding role in coaching exceptional leaders in the church. He and his wife Rebecca enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. He also enjoys woodworking and golf. Dale and Rebecca have two grown married daughters.
