Job Purpose Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure undergraduate students gain meaningful field education experience through a ministry formation setting or internship, under the guidance of a supervisor-mentor. If the director holds a doctorate in leadership, ministry, or Old Testament studies, the director may be invited to assume a broader teaching role, with the possibility of full-time employment.
