CONFLICT and CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Rev. Murray Coughlan, M.A.
(Senior Pastor, Gospel Centre, Edmonton, AB)
This course will examine both the theoretical and
practical aspects of conflict resolution including: it’s
causes; various approaches to resolving conflict; and
how to minimize the probability of the conflict arising
again. Crisis management will then be studied, with
stress given to practical ways in which crises may be
addressed. Case studies and interactive
experiences will be used extensively in
this course. |

ministry organizations. Issues related to management and
administration, again within the context of ministry,
also form part of our focus. |

An in-depth elective to inform and prepare students
for critical thinking and proactive responses in current
missiological issues before the church. The historical
development and future implications of relevant issues
and trends are studied in relationship to biblically
sound responses. |
