Distance Education allows you to expand your education
without leaving home. Horizon College offers:
DVD courses
-where you view the class lectures and complete the required
assignments
Directed Study courses
-where you work directly with a professor through
correspondence, email/telephone, and/or internet-based online
courses.
Distance Education courses may be applied
towards a certificate, diploma, or degree program. See the
lists below for courses presently offered. If there is a
course you would like to take that is not on the lists, just
ask – we can probably accommodate your interest.
