- You will need to provide a
security question only we will be able to answer
(we recommend that you send the answer to your question
in a
separate email to
business@horizon.edu)
- There is a fee of $1.50 to
send an Interac Email Money Transfer
that is withdrawn
from the sender's account right away and is
non-refundable
