Horizon College & Seminary

Our goal and focus at Horizon is to prepare leaders for Christian life and ministry, whether that ministry be volunteer or professional. We aim to make our students better and more reflective thinkers about God and about Christian responsibility in our world. We aim to equip our students to be skilled practitioners of the Christian faith, ready for hands-on ministry in the local church and other settings. Whether you're preparing for professional ministry or are planning to transfer classes to the University of Saskatchewan or to go on to another vocation, it's essential to us that each student at Horizon more intimately develops her or his personal relationship with God. More specifically, though, our aim is to prepare you to live out that relationship concretely, practicing real-life, hands-on Christianity.

CONVERSATIONS: A Horizon College Interview.

Meet Erika and Jacob, your amazing RA's for 2016-2017. They are so excited to get to know you, but in the meantime here is an interview with some fun facts about them!

"If you were trapped inside a giant food and you had to eat your way out, what food would you choose?

E: A giant bowl of poutine!
J: I feel like I’m supposed to say a peach, but I would prefer a jelly-filled doughnut."

“I’m surrounded by great friends and wonderful staff…my new family! I can’t wait to come back next year!”
